I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Aycock and her staff!! I had a double mastectomy in May this year and was very overwhelmed with the news. They answered all of my questions and showed me my multiple options. Dr. Aycock is kind, professional, but most importantly an insanely talented plastic surgeon. I’ve never had to question my confidence in my body after this procedure and for that, I can’t thank her enough!

I recently had a reduction mammoplasty surgery with Joyce Aycock, and it has truly changed my life and confidence. Her staff, specifically Kiana and Tracy, were so kind and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Dr. Aycock is a very skilled surgeon, and I am very pleased with the results and scars. They also worked with my insurance which allowed me to get the surgery, which most plastic surgery offices will not do. Joyce and her were so patient with all my questions pre and post operation and are always available for any concerns. I cannot recommend Joyce Aycock's office enough if you are looking for any plastic surgery operations, reductions, or reconstructions.

I was referred to Dr. Aycock by my cancer surgeon for my reconstruction, so I knew I was going to be in good hands. The results of my surgery far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier. Tracy and Kiana in the office are so helpful and sweet. I felt very well taken care of during surgery and with post op appointments. It was comforting to know that they are available to answer the phone after hours if I had any problems, but fortunately I didn't need to.

Dr. Aycock is an excellent surgeon and her office staff is just as excellent. I couldn't be more happy with the experience and results of my post-mastectomy breast reconstruction. I was nervous about both surgeries, but always felt very well taken care of. Highly recommend!

After losing a lot of skin to a preventative double mastectomy with reconstruction that did not go well (with another surgeon), I found Dr. Aycock for a second opinion. She suggested a much a less invasive solution than my previous plastic surgeon had proposed. Now that all is done I am VERY happy with the results! I could not have asked for more!

Dr. Aycock is a true gem! She is a very talented surgeon with a great bedside manner. I am beyond grateful and pleased with my results thanks to Dr. Aycock and her team. I was referred to the practice by a friend who had a procedure done over 10 years ago and is still happy. My situation was not easy to begin. I had complications and I went to a former doctor over 10 years ago who did not take the best care of me. When I walked into the office, I did not know that I had not one but two ruptured implants. What I appreciate about Dr. Aycock the most is she is very straightforward. She will tell you exactly what she thinks your results will be. Frankly, I am more pleased with my results than what she led on. I was a very complicated case. I would say she was more conservative in her thoughts with me. I trusted her and no matter what I knew my results would be better than what I had. I’m a little over four weeks into recovery and I could not be more pleased. If anything, I’ve already shared her name with three other people and I hope that they do choose to go with Dr. Aycock. Tracy and Kiana are incredible in her office. They are so welcoming and just a pleasure to work with. They make you feel incredibly comfortable and walk you through every step of the procedure. The thorough steps that Dr. Aycock takes ensure that you will have the results that you will be pleased with. She also does this to ensure your health and safety and I can’t appreciate that enough. Working with Dr. Aycock’s office was excellent. I had been searching for a plastic surgeon to tackle my breast reduction surgery and from my first consultant with Dr. Aycock felt in good hands. Her rapport with me was kind and direct. I felt she was clear on managing my expectations and spacious with her time. I’ve never felt rushed. My surgery results are AMAZING. 🥹😍🤩🥳 I’m seriously blissed out on my future. This surgery has helped me regain a healthy relationship with my body and will help me take care of it in the way it deserves. I also can wear all the clothes that actually fit my style instead of sadly trying to fit my style around my large breasts. Now - Tracy at Dr. Aycock’s office is amazing. She is an operations expert. I had been in the process of getting my insurance bits together when I found out I was moving. Tracy was a super scheduling finding a way to fit me in and make all my pre- and post-op appointments.
