I engaged Dr. Aycock for surgery that helped me feel like myself again. I am very happy with the overall results. I appreciated the realistic expectations she set regarding the surgery, post care and ultimate results. I had several pre-op appointments and more than once I had different issues I was nervous about. She took the time to talk through those concerns with me. Her staff was also extremely supportive and helpful, especially through the post-op process.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Aycock. She was kind, patient, attentive and made me feel really safe and secure on surgery day. I saw some reviews that said they didn’t like her bed side manner and I felt I had a different experience. I had a consultation where we discussed what I wanted and come the pre op, I had misremembered and thought we were doing something else. She took the time to go through everything again and we came up the best decision that I’m so so happy with. I never felt pressured to go a certain way and she really listened to what I wanted. I can tell she’s thinking and considering what I’m saying when we’re talking which I appreciated.

"From day one, my experience with Dr. Aycock and her staff was incredible. I notified Kiana that I wanted to have my procedure relatively soon as I am moving in the next couple of months and wanted to make sure I had adequate time to heal. Within a day or two, my consultation was schedule. During my consultation, Dr. Aycock was straight forward and answered all of my questions practically before I could ask. After approval for surgery, I was able to be scheduled quickly for the procedure. Tracy and Kiana both were very speedy with paperwork and insurance questions which helped put me more at ease. While in recovery, I experienced an allergic reaction and Kiana was always sure to text and call to check in to make sure I was improving. I am so glad to have found Dr. Aycock and her team. I had visited with other surgeons for years (literally) and was unsure if I should proceed -- met with brevity and confusion around the process. As soon as I met with Dr. Aycock and her kind and caring team, it was evident she was the right person to do my surgery. From day one, everyone from her team has been the utmost in kind, caring and professional-- from her office PAs and assistance, to the nurses, PAs and anesthesiologist at the surgery center -- and Dr. Aycock herself. They helped navigate questions with insurance and answered all of my pre-op questions. Plus they have a pretty slick app with amazing videos and information so I had all the answers at my disposal. It was straightforward, professional and best of all -- the results were amazing. I couldn't be happier. This is one of the best things I could have done for myself. I couldn't recommend Dr. Aycock and her team any more highly - she really is a miracle worker! I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I had put off the procedures for about 12 years and am so glad I finally made the decision to go ahead with surgery. My postoperative recovery was exactly as Dr. Aycock described - no surprises at all. Her office team is fantastic and wonderfully supportive. (They also turn around paperwork very quickly which makes things nice!) My anesthesiologist and OR team were also great - it was clear they had worked together for years. I could not be more pleased with how things went. Five stars - no question!
